Our Haus on Wandsworth Bridge Road

Haus Properties stands out from most of the properties agencies in Fulham.

From the outside, it could easily be mistaken as a state-of-the art interior design office.

It refreshing to finally see a property agency that reflects the distinctive character of Fulham, as well as the discerning taste of the clients they represent.

“We are a boutique agency,” said Jamie Lester, the founder of Haus Properties.

Lester’s enthusiasm about Fulham and entrepreneurship is evident. This is hardly surprising, since he was one of the contestants of the hit BBC One’s programme The Apprentice, featuring Sir Alan Sugar. (See his profile on BBC here).

On the morning of the SWXX shoot, I met Sarah, Anthony and Stephen, the charming Haus Properties team.

“These are the alphabet streets of Fulham,” Lester said, pointing to a map of Fulham Palace Road. Really? I replied. I didn’t know that and was quite pleased to discover such trivia.

According to Sarah, Haus Properties plan to highlight more about the local historical background of the area they represent.

This makes sense because the typical residents of Fulham buy into the value of the area, and the surrounding pursuits on offer.

Haus Properties interior was designed by award-winning designer Paul Savage, whose portfolio includes The Mandarin Oriental. On one of the walls are whimsical paintings of two dogs by local artist Estelle Stephens.

According to Lester, people have offered to buy Stephens’ artworks from him.
